emBlue is a marketing automation platform designed to help businesses engage and communicate with clients through SMS, emails, push notifications. Key features include content management, audience segmentation, reporting, lead generation and omnichannel marketing.

Businesses can utilize emBlue’s predefined templates to prepare content for desktop, mobile and tablet on a drag-and-drop dashboard. It offers a remarketing solution, which lets businesses improve cross/up-selling through personalized emails. Marketing teams can connect with clients through calls, offer discount coupons on special occasions and segment them based on gender, geography and previous purchase orders. Automation. Being able to operate remarketing campaigns easily is something that worth

Cons:

We stopped using emBlue because it had a few bugs while programming emails and the support doesn't even exist! So it was very hard to go through it

Lo usamos hace tiempo, nos ha funcionado muy bien, en relación a otros programas de envío es realmente muy estable y eficiente.

Siempre funciona, la velocidad de envío y las métricas siempre son correctas

Cons:

La interfaz es algo esquiva, a veces no se puede cargar los contactos, al editar un mensaje y tocar enter por ejemplo se suelen perder todos los cambios, tiene esos temas de usabilidad, también tiene un error en la contabilización de contactos en grandes bases de datos

La verdadera automatización de la Omnicanalidad

Por lo general la experiencia ha sido muy positiva, hemos logrado a nivel básico lo que se espera de una herramienta de mail masivo, pero la herramienta ofrece mucho más que eso pero requiere configuración para que se aproveche.

Es muy práctico y completo. Con herramientas que realmente automatizan los procesos de comunicación vía mail y SMS con tus clientes, usuario e incluso compañía. No se diferencia de mail a mail transaccional. Todo viene en un mismo paquete y lo hace económico. La herramienta de remarketing permite la generación de contenido personalizada a los intereses de cada usuario y la integración con tu comercio es muy completa y ágil.

Cons:

El editor drag and drop no es muy estable y no tiene auto guardado, para sacarlo el potencial completo a la herramienta la configuración de etiquetas y fuentes de datos es muy técnica y compleja. Convine que un asesor se asegure que la plataforma queda completamente configurada antes de inciar para poder sacar el 100% del potencial de la herramienta. El diseño de los templates para automatización y remarketing es complejo. Debería tener un HTML con los elementos reemplazables estéticamente pero que mantenga la funcionalidad de la etiquetas variables. La Generación de reportes es realmente muy pobre y poco gráfica. Crea un archivo en excel que no es facil de leer e interpretar. Recomendación darle una ojeada al reporte que genera mailchimp. El servicio al cliente tiende a ser poco ágil y en ocasiones evasivo.

Gracias a emBlue hemos resuelto la nula estrategia de comunicación que teniamos. Con otras plataformas solo teniamos la herramienta, pero con emBlue además de la plataforma tenemos la estrategia llevada de la mano de los equipos de onboarding y 360, nunca te sentirás solo para implementar las mejores practicas que lleven a aumentar la conversión en comunicación y venta.

Dentro de las funciones, emBlue se destaca de sus competidores por la capacidad de integración nativas y no nativas, funcionalidades para obtención de datos, capacidad de entrega y gracias a los equipos estratégicos de onboarding, soporte y 360 te ayudan desde el principio a pulir una estrategia real de comunicación muy efectiva y a la par de las necesidades de tu audiencia y negocio.

Cons:

No existe algo que no nos haya gustado de la plataforma, emBlue está rompiendo a sus competidores por su plataforma amigable, de fácil integración y equipos enfocados en tu éxito.

Por su omnicalidad, integración nativa con Vtex (ecommerce), por su capacidad de obtener data, por su integración con nuestro CRM (Hubspot), por sus equipos de apoyo e implementación de estrategia.

GetResponse funciona hasta que llegas a niveles de más de 50k contactos, a partir de ahí las entregas de email caen, hay una cantidad cada vez mayor que se desinscriben de las listas y no teniamos integración con nuestro CRM y con nuestra plataforma de ecommerce: VTex

Excelente Servicio!

Facilita la comunicación con los clientes, permite generar leads, simplifica la comunicación de ofertas, permite hacer remarketing, la experiencia ha sido más que satisfactoria. Y algo que no he visto en ninguna otra plataforma de servicios similares es: Una atención y soporte personalizado de excelentísima calidad, eficiencia y rapidez.

La potencia de la herramienta, la velocidad de envío de los mails, la variedad de características, plantillas y demás opciones al momento de crear un mail, la posibilidad de Remárketing, la API, las integraciones, los cursos gratuitos, la asistencia INMEDIATA. El servicio en general es muy bueno!

Cons:

Creo que solo falta la posibilidad de crear formularios sin costo para incrustar en la Web y que el usuario se registre por voluntad propia al newsletter. Aunque el nuevo servicio OnSite intenta cubrir ese aspecto.
