I would love to have an option to make smaller segments out of a big chunk of text, as sometimes the text is so long, that I cannot see my translation (not mentioning the TM match) if I don't scroll the whole screen, which is really annoying.

It's a really good translation management platform but prices are a bit high for what they offer....

The tags also show up as a series of symbols, so translating any strings with tags take forever. When working on texts with a lot of strings, you will spend twice as long on the translation compared to other CAT tools!Finally, their customer department take a long time to reply to any queries.
