We also see some issues with our Reservation system and Ivvy showing the same totals for room block pickup/actualization.

I have seen better communication among departments as all of our correspondence with clients can be found in one place. If one of the sales team is absent and one of their clients contacts for assistance, another team member can see what has been discussed and help to the best of their ability.

You cannot search accounts by City, so makes it difficult to gather a list when doing sales calls in another city. When copying a booking it does not transfer all details, fields are left blank and have to reenter them.
