Easiest way to get walk through tours of a property

This has been a great addition to my marketing of properties and especially allowed for out of town/state clients to get a very good idea of a properties layout if they are unable to see it in person. It also helps others who are local and maybe looking for a very specific layout, they can view the tour first and see if it's a good fit before going to see the property in person

Very easy to use with a 360 camera, just take your photos and load it into the system, then you can easily place the neighboring photos to create an immersive walk through of a property showing every room

Cons:

While you can't create the "dollhouse" 3D view like Matterport has, overall I don't really have any cons

Easy to onboard. Customer service is helpful but have to wait sometimes a day for a response (no live chat option).

Cons:

The reporting isn't robust and not easy to use for reporting purposes to management and business owners.We need to ability to pull data from date ranges and export to an Excel spreadsheet.

The Ricoh 360 camera helped me solve many problems from 360 tours for my listings to tour and update videos for clients wanting to see properties during the construction process

Cons:

I wish that the manual controls were a bit easier to access and I wish that there was a "Doll House" view of the rooms

Need to build in a dollhouse or consider changing how you build your floorplan

I have success in getting people to try the tour but it is about 50/50 now with agents and brokers who will seek out a photographer with a Matterport. So, it is starting to affect my revenue in a negative way.

I purchased this last year to add to my professional photos of my listings. I usually spend anywhere from 250-1000 on high end photos for my listings, and the matterport tours were an added fee that just became too much and took too much time. I saw an ad for this product and decided to give it a chance! I am the person that reviews, reads every single review/report, and sometimes even contacts users to hear from them on the use of a product! In this case, I was sold. I purchased and personally I love it. Its small, compact and super easy to use. It not super high end like some of the really expensive cameras but as an addition to my listings, I feel it has done exactly what it was meant to do. I personally love it and use on 99% of my listings! I would recommend if you like to stand out from your competitors, just know it takes some time to use so plan ahead!

Sometimes takes a few extra seconds between shots.

The ease of use and customer support are fantastic. Every time I have had any issues I was able to get through to someone and get them resolved. The end product is every bit as good as systems costing thousands of dollars more in hardware, software and support. Using the Ricoh360 Tours sets me apart from the majority of agents out there and the clients love it.

Cons:

I wish the analytics were a bit better and easier to export to clients.
