"They have an alleged “feature request” button where you can request things like different roles for your employees/team, a deep dive into customer information, but they never go anywhere, and don’t count on a Uscreen employee reaching out to you to confirm receipt or even discuss potential changes to their system that could be beneficial (and not to mention, compete with their largest competitor - Vimeo.)"
"Uscreen’s perks are the calendar and Community, however Vimeo customers will have complaints about that — and when you try to raise these issues with the AI Bot that Uscreen uses for Support — they go nowhere."
