Clear interfacing and overall use, this enables relative junior users to be able to correctly upload and interact with the system. The change last year to single sign on for all rooms is a plus.

Cons:

Sometimes the updating of user rights is slightly slow/delayed.

User-friendly interface – even a person with no prior experience can operate the VDR; Well-explained and well-introduced functionalities when starting a cooperation; Support from a Manager (high level of support and commitment, great availability and quick response to all inquiries), also in a polish language, which simplified the communication; Easy download of reports, lists of questions, etc.; Option of searching for documents by keyword;

Cons:

Uploading documents (drag and drop only in the folder list area, not in the actual document area); No «back» button;

Most of all good contact with [sensitive content hidden]. Helping with every detailed question, as needed for perfect set up. Next to that clients give better sesponse on Imprima than other data rooms due to quick download functions. Funcitonality does what is should do.
