About SecureDocs Data Room

SecureDocs is a virtual data room tool used for storing and sharing confidential documents both internally and externally. It is suitable for businesses of any size and a range of industries including used during due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, audits, fundraising, business valuations and more.

SecureDocs enables users to control their data through permission-based users roles, dynamic watermarking and customizable non-disclosure agreements. Administrators can restrict permissions for accessing folders or subfolders and create rules for documents with no access, view-only for Office and PDF documents or full access.

SecureDocs offers a drag-and-drop feature. Audit logs in SecureDocs shows users who is looking into a document with dates and timestamps that can be shared via email. Users can set activity alerts and email notifications for newly added documents and daily audit logs. The solution supports unlimited users and data and provides online support.

Given the huge volume of data the software work great and would highly recommend. When people wish to review our data in regard to potential investment and or acquisitions, it works extremely well and we can give access to allow them to review.

Easy to setup and use especially with a large volume of data Ability to add secure users is simple and has double authentication. Users can access anywhere in the world. Creates automatic directories making it easier to navigate. Ability to restrict access to specific areas very useful.
Cons:
I am not aware of any concerns or problems

Software that meets our needs both from functionality and pricing!

Use for many different project and have been able to quickly get users (internal and external) onto the system so that we can share documents. Replaced a much higher priced product with the same/better functionality.

Quick to setup, great/fast customer support, easy to maintain and support, excellent price point, users were quick to understand the system and began using quickly. Expanded beyond the original purpose rather quickly once everyone realized how good the system was.
Cons:
limited reporting capabilities, need to take time to think about how to manage access (not a lot of flexibility).

The ability to get started with very little/no help for customer support. The software is intuitive, user friendly and caters for all your needs in an acquistion process . Creating rooms, setting us users and allocating rights were all extremely simple to set up
Cons:
The price was quite substantial especially if the process drags on before closing the M&A deal
