"Jabber is available on both PCs and mobile devices, allowing for continuous communication even when away from the office."
"My favorite feature about Jabber is how it connects to our CRM and phone systems. Whenever a customer calls in from a phone number saved on their account, their account auto-populates for us in our CRM & we're instantly able to service the customer's needs."
