Pros:
It is a very stable platform, and can be integrated into our streaming software, vMix very easily
Cons:
The way that you setup Webinars is not very intuitive, you select a start time, and you have to state how many hours your event is, very few people think in this way and will generally have a start and end time.

Reasons for choosing Zoom Events and Webinars

We use both MS Teams and Zoom together, however, some clients prefer Zoom over Teams, so we use Zoom for those clients.

Cons:
Sometimes the internet connection isn’t great and it glitches. Make sure you have strong wifi / signal.

Solid platform for online meetings and webinars

5

We have been using Zoom for many years now and we think it is a solid platform. When I have had to use their support, they have responded quickly. And Zoom does seem to be in active development adding new features to their platform.

Pros:
Super easy to set up and manage. We do lots of individual and recurring webinars so I find using templates and adding sessions helpful. And I appreciate that they have added surveys to the end of the sessions.
Cons:
With webinars and meetings, sometimes I find it hard to get to the area where I can make edits. There seem to be 2 options, clicking on the name of the webinar/meeting or selecting edit, but the settings are different in those different places.

Reasons for switching to Zoom Events and Webinars

I believe the cost was lower and their were more features.

Zoom often did not have great video quality. There would be lags and sometimes dropped calls/videos.

Reasons for switching to Zoom Events and Webinars

GoTo Webinar ended up being more expensive and a little more difficult to use.

Pros:
I like the ease of conducting large online events through audio and video, in order to gather a lot of people at the same time and also through screen sharing.
Cons:
Well I don't know if it is due to the capacity of people its been used for, Sometimes the volume goes off. Some of my listeners couldn't hear me in one of the meetings I had and it crashed. Though it doesn't happen all the time.

Reasons for switching to Zoom Events and Webinars

The audio is very bad with a very terrible quality. It's difficult to use the screen share function. Sometimes the app does not respond.

It is a great tool, without it we would struggle to run our business as efficiently as we do. It allows us to host regular, professional online events that elevates our business.

Pros:
Its a really high performing tool. We have used Livestorm in the past which was fine but Zoom is familiar for everyone using it and requires little to no training to get going. It has so many tools that allow you to run professional webinars, unlike any we have experienced to-date.
Cons:
It can become quite costly when you have lots of users, and large numbers of attendees joining the webinars.

Reasons for switching to Zoom Events and Webinars

We were running more regular and larger webinars so needed a more professional offering with more features.
