Professional Looking Website with very limited web building knowledge

SITE123 has allowed me to build, maintain and update a quality looking website myself with very little technical knowledge for a fraction of the price of having it built for me. As a small start up business with very small margins this is absolutely crucial. When I have wanted to do something that is beyond my understanding the live 24/7 help has been faultless and so far has resolved all of my issues incredibly quickly. This is 24/7 help from real, knowledgeable people, not some useless bot.

Numerous templates to make it easy to get started.Customisable with no coding needed.Online help is absolutely fabulous!!! OK, better than that actually.

Cons:

Disappointed I can't have public and members only sections on same site.Default email is very very outdated

Cheaper option of Shopify but better in value

This is still the best hosting company I have ever worked with. I'm glad I decided to invest in them! Wish they offer better price for shorter contract. I went with 10 years contract since the price is just so good to ignore, very tempting. However, with a lot of plugins required for running the website successful, I did have a lot of worries before. Thank god the support team was amazing

Very helpful and almost always available customer service Plugins functions allow users to have more control of the website. The instruction to setup plugins can be a little confused, but I always have the support of the customer service (Shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT], he is the best!) to guide me through the whole process. This is very beneficial consider if it was Shopify, I would have to pay extra monthly to have these done

Cons:

Shopping cart lacks of flexibility, which can cause customers inconvenient. Some basic plugins could have been pre-setup, for example, Google Search Console

Started a blog which I plan to monetize at a later stage with my own products. Looks like this will not work with this host though as they are very restrictive.

Easy to set up, great features and incredibly helpful customer service. For a first time user I would highly recommend SITE123.

Cons:

Sadly they do not allow me to add an HTML so my affiliate marketing is not going to work on this platform in the long term.

Honestly I love everything about SITE123. I have used many website builders, including Squarespace and Wix. Site123 is the best website builder I have ever used.

Nothing as yet. satisfied customer. Had a few issues with people not accessing banking details for EFT, as i dont have a gateway platform as yet. but have now edited bank details into order email.

This is THE BEST Store builder for new businesses

Overall cannot beat this site for their service and quality. I am very happy, It is almost like a dream come true. I am too busy to have to do a college degree just to set up a shop like so many other platforms.

Site 123 is so nice. The templates are great and easy to use and support is rich there in 2 mints to help if needed.

Cons:

I can do anything fro videos and they have a lot of them. However, y eyes cannot keep ups with their speed. I wish they would allow the down a bi so I don;t have to play them 10 times to get the point.

They are so complicated to learn. They say easy. Nit true. Support used to b e good. Now you can wait for 30 minutes or more if you're lucky and get disconnected quite often. Very frustrating support tech that hardly know what they are doing anymore, Very disappointing not to mention getting my expensive all the time.

I was so pleased to see how easy it was to create my site with site123. Editing was simple and publishing a breeze. The help section is amazingly good.

Cons:

I found transferring my domain from my old hosts to Site123 a pain to be honest and having to pay upfront for the hosting package was a pain. A monthly payment would be a better option.

Ionos didn’t offer what I wanted and I found their customer service inadequate. They were expensive to not achieve what I wanted and too complicated to use.
