AccountsIQ is a cloud accounting software that simplifies the capture, process, and reporting of financial data. It offers intuitive tools to automate consolidation, manage budget, audit, digital VAT returns, and cash flow. It is suitable for small to medium-size businesses in all industries and is designed specifically to suit business environments where multiple entities need access to a common platform.

With a flexible 3-tier General Ledger and 6 dimensions BI coding structure, AccountsIQ enables detailed and granular reporting and performance to be benchmarked across a group network. It includes 250 reports, management reporting packs, and dashboards and has an Excel Add-In and Power BI connection for customized analysis.

AccountsIQ’s consolidation module makes it easy to consolidate multiple subsidiaries and manage complex ownership, handle foreign currency, centrally control exchange rates, and simplify intercompany recharging. Additionally, the stock management feature allows companies to track inventory levels and create multiple price lists. AiQ - Not Suitable For Projects

I don't feel this program is suitable for Projects in particular, mining companies. It seems to be more for warehouse inventory.

It is easy to use if your purchase order is not complicated.

Cons:

It's hard to find things like "paid invoices". This should be a function which is easily accessible via the PO or PO list.

I moved companies. I'd never choose AiQ it's the worst program on Earth.

Be aware before you invest time, energy and money

Deeply unhappy. I worked with number of system, some bad and some good. This is one of the most cumbersome and very quickly you won't feel like you are getting value for money.

I can do accounting on it. Very quickly loosing patience with it and am quite frustrated that I selected it.

Cons:

Well, I had no other option but to downgrade the system due to excessive pricing upon contract renewal, plus the atrocious communication in explaining new pricing is based on number of users. Utter nonsense and completely underhanded. They have you lock in and they do take full advantage of it. E.g. For one of the issues I raised this year with support I was told the system does what it was programmed to do. That's great for them, but for me to get accurate item's last cost information I had to create a work around product code which I called AIQ nonsense out of utter frustration.

Great software

We've been using AIQ for 2 & a half years, it has been really move sailing and for any new starters, the how to videos are great to refer back to, or if we need further training on a topic, we refer back to this so great to have these on hand!

Very easy to use with user friendly videos.

Cons:

As of late, AIQ has been running slow which does mean we're less productive but this does only last half an afternoon or so, but this overlooks the pros!

They weren't able to keep up with the volumn of invoices we had.

Accounts IQ transformed our business

Accounts IQ has helped us to create a much more streamlined, better-controlled and more effective finance team. The back office processes are more efficient, and the enhanced reporting provides us with deeper and richer insights into our business performance. The price point is also very reasonable for the level of functionality that we now have.

Pros:

Being cloud-based has been a significant factor for us. One of the main other reasons for selecting Accounts IQ was the consolidation functionality which works really well. In terms of fitting in with our business processes, it gives us so much more functionality that it has helped to drive necessary changes in the way that we operate, in a very beneficial way.

Cons:

The only real challenge we found was with our staff getting used to a different software system to do their work. Otherwise it has only improved our processes, controls and reporting.

Powerful for Multi-Entity Accounting, But Needs a Smoother Experience.

What I liked most about AccountsIQ is its strong multi entity and consolidation features. It handles intercompany transactions and multi currency reporting with ease. Group level reporting is efficient and reduces manual effort during month end. These features made managing multiple entities much more streamlined.

Cons:

What I liked least about AccountsIQ is the outdated and sometimes clunky user interface. Navigating between modules can feel slow and unintuitive at times. Initial setup was complex and required a lot of support input. System speed also lags occasionally, especially during peak periods.

Cons:

Needing to reopen periods to pass journals, no "13th period", at least that I could find Training videos are of old look, so tricky to follow in exercises
