I believe Brokermint is an easy program to learn and keep track of real estate transactions. I would recommend it to other brokerages.

Pros:
Being a User and not an administrator, I have the benefit of having everything set up so I may go in a do any type of transaction with a pop-up list of everything that needs to be done. I thank Brokermint for giving the administrator the ability to do so. It has made doing transactions of any type easy and understandable. I am able to keep all my documents loaded and backed up on Brokermint and retrieve them at any time. Although, we are taught to back up our documents in our own files. I just like the ease of the program the best.
Cons:
I don't like being able to correct mistakes I make without having to contact an administrator.

Pros:
It keeps all my accounts organized and I love the pre populated forms. That is a time saver. I do like the way we can add to an already signed document and not lose signatures because some things do need to be added to pass it along.
Cons:
I really do not like that when you log in it asks you to check a box to be remembered and if you close your browser and reopen it a few seconds later, it doesn't remember you. I would like to log in and not have to do it again for a month or so. Also, once in the System, I would like to have a way to organize the documents in a checklist. For example, if we have 6 counter offers, I would like to be able to put the offer first then the counters in order rather than having to search for them.

Best Features for the Price, Great Customer Service

To get a better product, you'd have to spend more money. We found workarounds for any issues we were having, and the cost savings is worth it for that. I think this product would work very well for a brokerage with fewer agents, but we had 100+, so the workarounds were a little time consuming. Overall, as an admin, I like it.

Pros:
Brokermint mostly works just how you'd expect, which makes it easy for agents to pick up and start using with little training. Customer service is top of the line. My chats were always answered within a couple minutes. Anything requiring a phone call was easily scheduled within a reasonable time. In an emergency, I could always get help right away. As an admin, I could add an accounting checklist to each transaction, separate from the agent checklist, and I'd use that to upload a copy of the escrow deposit, bank transfer of escrow to commission, and commission payments. The agent could see these and know when they were paid.
Cons:
It has a few quirks. One problem for agents is that you can't save a draft of an e-sign document, then come back and finish it later. It's all or nothing. The biggest for admin is that, if an agent has multiple active transactions and is going to cap mid-transaction on the next closing, commissions don't automatically update to reduce the company split on this closing, and they don't automatically zero the company split on the other active transactions. You have to re-apply the commission plan to them, which causes them to recalculate and recognize that the agent is capping.

We switched because our previous product didn't recognize caps on company splits and the reports weren't what we needed. Our agents didn't like it and were asking for a change.

Can't stand BoldTrail Back Office

Horrible. This is not the first transaction management software I've used but it is by far the worst.

Pros:
The only thing I like is the ability to email documents and the email body into a transaction. The email body is captured in the activity and can be printed from there.
Cons:
There is nothing else I like about this program. It needs the ability to create additional folders for documents that are not part of the contracts. Copies of advertising in print, social media and other online sources. We need the ability to add more than one document to a checklist placeholder. For example a home inspection has a companion form the inspection response form. The buyer replies to the home inspection and may ask for repairs or additional inspection. Seller then uses the same form to respond to Buyer. Buyer may respond to Seller on the same form again. This could go on for several iterations. All of the forms should be captured. Broker shouldn't have to keep creating new placeholders for each iteration and they shouldn't have to save then merge the iterations. Contacts we should be able to import them from our contact database instead of manually entering them again. Constantly have to go out an come back into a window to get documents to display. Windows need to scale down to half a screen or less and still display all panels so we can work with multiple windows open. When an offer is loaded into the listing transaction you have to change the list price for the correct amount to show in Finance Commission. The field there is mapped to list price not offer price. If you have a new listing that's under contract right away adding the listing checklist and an offer checklist you can't tell which checklist a common form will go to when you split and assign forms. If I were to work on this list while I was working in the system I could keep adding issues. Bottom line, I don't like any part of what I have to use.

Broker/Owner didn't want to spend the money for a good system for the office when we broke away from RE/MAX. Individual brokers like myself, and the Broker/Owner have purchased DocuSign individually. So we didn't really switch just dropped the transaction management. That was a mistake. BoldTrail Back Office Transaction Management sucks.

Back Offie has been crucial in helping our team keep transaction management efficient and secure. The checklists, visibility, and task lists are used daily and heavily with our team.
Cons:
The form management could be more user friendly. Being able to create your own form packages is an option, but requires a lot of time building.

I like the transaction management part of BoldTrail. I have the ability to create the transaction from start to finish and keep everything located in an easy spot. The program makes sending for electronic signatures a breeze. I also like the contact section. I can place a contact in the contact section and all their information is ready and available when we start getting into showings and making offers.
Cons:
I really liked that the buyer side paperwork was easier to find when I first started using the software. Now the buyer transaction side of things is buried under a different section and I forget about it.

I changed from one to team to another and my new team does not use CINC.

Super Easy & Mostly Agent-Friendly – Just Wish Fixes Didn’t Require Starting Over

Overall, my experience with BoldTrail Back Office has been really good! It streamlined my transaction management more than I expected and cut down on back-and-forth emails with my TC. The prefilled forms and automatic commission calculations are game-changers. Yes, the “start over” issue when correcting mistakes is a pain, but the time I save on a daily basis far outweighs that drawback. I’d recommend it to any agent who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time closing deals.

I absolutely love how easy BoldTrail Back Office is to use and how everything is prefilled for me. As a real estate agent, I don’t have time to dig through complicated software. The moment I log in, my transactions are organized, commission splits are auto-calculated, and required fields are already populated based on my brokerage settings. It saves me hours every week and reduces errors. The interface is clean, intuitive, and actually feels designed for agents, not just accountants
Cons:
The biggest frustration is that if you make a mistake and need to correct something, you often have to start the entire transaction over from scratch. There’s no simple “undo” or edit-in-place feature for certain fields once they’re locked in. It’s especially annoying when a small typo forces you to re-enter dozens of fields. I wish they’d add a more flexible editing mode or at least a warning before locking data.

Awful - Do NOT Use

I have not liked this software since the day my office was forced into using it. I only use it because my firm requires it. I pay for my own Dicusign and Zipforms subscription to manage my transactions and once my transaction is complete I download all the documents and upload them into this software so the firm has a copy for their records. I will not use this mess as my only option. Terrible design and the electronic signature portion sucks. The inability to upload multiple documents at once is also a very bad feature.

There isn't anything that I like about this software, it is not user friendly, is very cumbersome and a royal pain in the ass to use.
Cons:
This software sucks, I only use it because my firm requires agents use it. ZipForms and DocuSign are 100 times better and more user friendly.
