Good product with lots of features

I have used busy accounting software for one of my client and I am happy with this software. It's is smooth and dashboard is quite good. Anyone can use this easily. No training required for this. And easily support is available for this if you are encountering any problem.

Easy to use. simple and lots of features. Busy is very good accounting software with good features for small businesses.

Cons:

As mentioned above it is good for small businesses. If you have lots of data and you need to do lots of accounting activities. Then this is not for you.

Busy is good, but needs few features to make it best

Overall expereince is good, just need an native desktop application with in cloud support instad of using third party softwares to achieve the same.

Pros:

It is easy to use with all the finctionalities required for my business. The work which includes mostly working with excel, busy provides an excellent solution for that.

Cons:

It does not provide in application cloud support as tally does. For the cloud you need to buy an rdp client and then busy runs on that, which makes it less userfriendly especially for me who has multiple branches of same business and need to have a centralised billing. The server is local if using a native application and if something happens to the pc, the whole data is corrupted and is lost which is a major disadvantage and rdp block most of the features and incleases the steps to download an excel or pdf.

utterly disappointing.

Overall Experience has been very bad every time new person come to solve your problem & Problem never get solved .If the Product dont work they dont return money.

There nothing which you like.Highly disappointing. even if there product is not working they charge you.Once they download there software on your machine their job done.They dont bother weather client is using it or not .

Cons:

There is a Huge Communication Gap Between sales & Delivery.I have described all my problem to sales people .They told me go for Busy all your problem will be solved.I have asked them to use product for 1 month .They charged 5000 + GST for 2 month.I have not used there product even for a Day.They denied to return my money.there team was not able to upload my tally Data to busy.So Please be cautious before paying full amount.

Busy accounting is huge big product but still missing some basic feature like if you want to make GST number based cash invoice then there is no system like other software to generate .

Cons:

There is no poroper graph comparison for monthly sale reviews

The Software and Services are very bad. If inform about issues they only inform that we will inform. I will recommend no one should buy this software.

Pros:

The Software marketing team is very good in pitching for buying of Software.

Cons:

I am a Chartered Accountant.The software is very tedious and complicated in working. They sales manager comes and pitch for the software buying by assuring for services and take software fees immediately. And when issues are raised they don't pick the call nor they give satisfactory solution. And on being dissatisfied, we ask for refund of software fees, they say it is not possible.

Good software for daily accounting and inventory management usage

Cons:

Customer Support. The staffs are not trained properly in Tier 1 and they always goof up with the system. Without our permission they click here and there on Anydesk and ruin the settings. Then once you escalate the senior team sorts out the issue/

It's one of the best accounting software. As it provides fully inventory support and easy to pull the accounting reports like balance sheet, profit and loss. Aging reports. Etc. Customer support is also good.

Cons:

I love this product. Using this from last 4 years. As of now there is no big loophole in the product. Whenever find any difficulty support team is there.

recently i have purchased and install busy accounting software on [sensitive content hidden] my subscription id is [sensitive content hidden]. from ( AN INFOTECH franchisee holder ) i called on customer support and ask them foe closing balance on sales invoice they tells it will charge 1800+gst then i said please guide me how can i get get item wise daily profit report from the soft ware you have calculate manually , i ask them that why i installed this software if i have to calculate manually, the don't have any solution for me don,t pick my call .

Cons:

there are many numbers of problems in this software that like this if you want to get any report you go through many numbers of tabs and very complicated to operate
