VERY HAPPY WITH COAST FUEL CARDS

Coast is really easy to work with and we have not had any problem with our services. We chose Coast to replace another service provider we had been using for a very long time and because they became no longer as easy to work with and we had many problems with them we looked and found Coast the "best" for our needs.

Pros:

Just the convenience of having a fuel card that is also a VISA card. And the customer support is good.

Cons:

Some of the policies are hard to understand and implement. We have had issues with that. Times where the card was not able to be used when we needed to use it.

Coast appeared to be a less expensive option, and would integrate with our current GPS.

The setup was very easy, it integrated with our other systems for fleet management and started working right away.

So glad we switched to Coast! We could not be more pleased!

The transition and setup were seamless. The interface is very user friendly. The statements and reports are detailed and available in different formats with customizable options. We can view/track use in real time. It is simple, efficient, and is saving us substantially in comparison to the previous company we were using.

I am pleased with everything thus far! What influenced my decision to try Coast and what I like the most is that I was (and still am) able to reach a knowledgeable live support person via phone if/when needed. No complicated menus to navigate, no long wait times.

Cons:

There isn't anything so far that I don't like!

Coast has been a life saver!

awesome! we've tried a few other fleet programs and they're all terrible! coast really helped alleviate a lot of my fleet spending stress.

Pros:

flexibility of card use locations and gives us a lot of control over different classes of employee drivers.

Cons:

i struggled to come up w/ an answer. it's minor, but I guess I'd like to schedule payments for a specific date.

Reasons for choosing Coast

Yep gmail was the alternative product - eyeroll - lol! Alternatives we actually considered were: Fuelman, Speedway, Sheetz, Wex, etc... We landed on coast b/c easy signup process, low maintenance fees and friendly customer service

this question doesnt make sense. we switched from Fuelman which is another fuel card company. we switched b/c the fees were outrageous. they really bait and switched on us.

Coast Makes it easy for me to be able to monitor the gas that my drivers use. With all the systems in place I love the fact I if a card does get lost I don't need to stress with the chance of someone else being able to use it.

Cons:

I haven't had any issues with coast. It has been a great business choice.

Very satisfied with coast fuel cards, they keep employees honest

our experience so far has been really good. We are very happy, the process was simple, we have saved time and money, and the cards work everywhere we have gone so far.

The system keeps better tabs on how and when our employees are using the cards and seems to have put an end to any wasteful spending or misuse of company funds

Cons:

not many cons to using coast that we have ran into so far, I don't think i can name one at this point
