Great service that makes paying out people WAY easier than issuing paper checks

They need to finish some basic functionality and integrations, but once that is done, this is a total 10/10 service

Pros:

This has totally changed our payout process, allowing us to quickly and instantly pay out a lot of clients. It's a really fantastic solution that has saved us money and improved our service. We are really happy with it!

Cons:

There are some drawbacks though: 1) It's been around a few years but still lacks a lot of features. You cannot filter our, search, or even go to a particular page on the payees list. We have 40 pages of payees and if I want to find "John Smith", I literally have to keep clicking page over and over and over. I'm dead serious! 2) Very large checks may have difficulty cashing.

Easy to pay and receive payments digitally without papers

I have enjoyed working with paperless checks for years now and am loving how to send checks and track them online. I'm also enjoying their friendly interface that does not require technical knowledge to use basic features. Their ACH transactions are a game changer in securing direct transfers at reduced times.

Good but Needs to Improve especially with Features and Customer Support

Using the existing features works greatly but for a while until you realize how limited their features are. Also, they should work on their customer support as they are very reluctant in responding to customer questions.

Perfect if you work for companies in multiple states.

Customer service is top notch. I once had trouble logging in, so I emailed Deluxe Payment Exchange and got a quick response from customer service and the issue was resolved in no time.

Not Complicated, But Time Consuming

I hated ordering checks because of the time it took to go through every step, it feels like it could be streamlined. However it's a pretty clean program and support is helpful when you can get it.

It was pretty straightforward to use, the interface wasn't super busy or dated. There were also some customization features.

Cons:

It took like 20 minutes to order checks for a customer if it was their first order, and who likes to be on a call with an agent that long? The customer support could be difficult to reach at times as well.
