Although it has a small learning curve, it is a very powerful tool that helps small and medium sized businesses to have full control over a large number of areas and aspects of management. It requires getting to grips with the whole organisation of issues, processes and the huge variety of possibilities it offers, but it has undoubtedly become a central part of our day-to-day business management.

Reasons for switching to Holded
The change in invoicing requirements for companies from the regional tax authorities forced us to switch from Paymo (created and based outside Spain) to Holded, which immediately integrated the possibility to meet these new invoicing requirements.

They dont manage SII for companies in Canary Island (Spain)

They do not offer the SII in the Canary Islands, being a Spanish company, and the SII being a legal imperative. Besides, I've been asking for it for several months and nothing. Maddening. Not suitable for growing companies (More than €6M in turnover) since the SII cannot be managed with the Canarian tax agency. They refer you to some partners but it is not the solution either since exports from holded invoice lists are very limited technologically. If I had known about this limitation in Holded, we would have opted for another more serious company, the truth.

It's easy to keep track of invoicing, payments, to send reminders to contacts and add contacts. It's easy to give access to your accountant and I haven't used the accounting feature, but I am sure that is useful too.
