Almost Perfect

It is great, I am loving the growth the company has had and I hope they continue to add value. The software is easy to use and my "complaints" are really nitpicky

Pros:

It is easy to use and saves a ton of time in the review process for my clients. The integration from QBO to Google Sheets is fantastic.

Cons:

I wish it was easier to integrate into dashboards I already have for my clients. I like their premade templates but I already have some set up and haven't been able to get them fully linked up yet.

Save Time on Reporting

Easy to use, effective and efficient. It's great to be able to retrofit formulas and data into existing spreadsheets. This allows us to provide deliverables that are familiar to our clients, while also increasing our accuracy and timeliness.

Pros:

I love that LiveFlow works with both Excel and Google Sheets, and makes running & creating reports from QBO extremely easy and efficient. It eliminates manual data entry and potential errors.

Cons:

Nothing I really dislike about it. One suggestion is to continue to expand the template offerings, particularly related to forecasting and budget vs. actual analysis.

Reasons for switching to LiveFlow

Accounting firm merger; we were also looking for a product that worked both with Excel and Google Sheets, and did not require user status to have the information updated within the sheets.

Easy to use

It's very easy to use. The immediate update from QBO to Liveflow is really good. I wish there were ways to add notes. If you add a note once you refresh the report it disappears.

Reports are already built, there are several reports to choose from, once set up it's pretty easy to use.

Cons:

I wish there was a dashboard with charts and graphs. Notes will disappears once you update the report.

Solved Consolidated Reporting

Its overall been a good experience, and the bugs we have encountered are still worth having the tool.

It solved a pretty acute business need where I needed consolidated financial reporting and live reporting for our departments

Cons:

Its good, however, it is still relatively new and there seems to be bugs here and there. They are quick to fix them though.

Very easy to use. The team has been great with walkthroughs and assistance in customizing the models. It's simple to integrate data and new information from any of the major accounting platform sites.

Cons:

It takes a bit to get ramped up on the tool. The implementation and walkthrough are definitely needed to understand how to navigate. Some of the templates are a bit clunky and need additional customization

I couldn't be happier with my decision to use LiveFlow. It has been a godsend in the amount of time I was wasting every month previously in updating financial models and reporting only for the data to become stale after a few days. Cons:

The integration with Xero is limited and doesn't work as I had hoped.

Liveflow Review

LiveFlow solves the problem of manual, time-consuming financial reporting. Before using LiveFlow, I was constantly exporting data from QuickBooks Online and copying it into Google Sheets, then double-checking formulas and reformatting everything each time I needed an update. Now, LiveFlow automates that entire process—pulling real-time data directly into my reports and dashboards. This saves me hours each month, reduces the risk of manual errors, and gives me more confidence that I’m looking at the most accurate, up-to-date numbers. It also makes it easier to share reports with my team and leadership, since everything stays current without extra work. It’s made my reporting faster, smarter, and a lot less stressful.

LiveFlow has completely transformed the way I handle reporting. It seamlessly connects Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online, saving me hours every month on manual data pulls and updates. The automation has made my workflow significantly more efficient, and their templates are incredibly helpful—easy to use and built for real business needs.

Cons:

My only gripe is the sync timing. While it does sync automatically, I’m not sure when or how often—so I often end up manually syncing just to be sure I’m looking at the most up-to-date numbers. It’d be great to have more visibility or control over the sync schedule. Still, it’s an incredibly powerful tool and one I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to streamline financial reporting.

Love for LiveFlow

Our company has been using LiveFlow flow for about two years and it's become an important tool in our month-end process, allowing us to extract the financial data necessary and then analyze and compare for leadership review and oversight.

Pros:

The support service provided by LiveFlow is outstanding! When we have had any questions or concerns, LiveFlow support has been incredibly prompt and direct. There are not intermediate steps needed to receive help or support.

Cons:

The auto-refresh parameters are a bit confusing as it allows overall auto-refresh to be disabled, but still retains a toggle option for separate reports to be enabled for auto-refresh.

Liveflow as excellent solution from Quickbooks to Sheets!.

I have been working with Liveflow less than one year but from the beggining is a very usefull tool to automatize my reports and extract information from QB, without downloading reports. I really use it a lot in terms of generating financial information, and financial analysis.

Pros:

The easy connectivity and the way to build reports in google sheet using LiveFlow and getting the information from QBO live is Amazing! With LiveFlow I could create my reports in the way that I need and the company needs and for that always with the info updated!

Cons:

Sometimes is complicated when I create a copy of a sheet connected to Liveflow, this copy doesnt have the connection, then I need to reconnect again.
