Avoid them

They went through the onboarding demo, used the service for a few weeks, and then stopped responding to our messages. When the trial period ended, an invoice was generated automatically, as it does for all users under our standard process. To avoid unnecessary conflict, we later canceled the charge completely. Shortly after, the same person published a negative review claiming unclear billing and debt collection. This was disappointing because they were not a real customer but a competitor. We believe competition should be based on innovation and professionalism, not on misleading reviews. Our platform always offers clear billing, extended trials when needed, and full support to legitimate users. We still think Scorechain has a capable team and a good product, and we hope that future interactions in our industry stay ethical and focused on building trust and progress for everyone.

Very unfortunately there is not much to like at this point in time from our bad experience with this company.

Cons:

They play unfair competition with peers and partners, untrustworthy team and super bad practices. Really hartbreaking.
