Formaloo is my favorite Software. They are the kind of software company you hope for: committed to its product, improving it continuously, and backing it with fantastic, responsive support—and yes, they promptly reply to support questions. Oh, by the way. When we started, it was version 2, they are now on 5.0 They consistently work to improve and add value.

Ease of use and the invaluable information you get from it. At DiscoverTitusville.com, we’ve been using Formaloo for several years. It’s essential for gathering information about local businesses and identifying those interested in our services. We have a business owner survey, which goes out once a week as part of your newsletter campaign. Local businesses are asked to fill it out so we can learn more about their business. In the survey, after they have a chance to share information about their products and services we directly ask them if they are interested to a business listing. We also ask them if they are open to other marketing solutions. Based on their responses, we route them into the appropriate follow-up sequences. Formaloo has also been instrumental in collecting valuable feedback on our newsletter, helping us keep subscribers active and engaged. We know Formaloo can do even more, and we’ll continue expanding our use over time. For now, it’s been a game changer for discovering new businesses.

Cons:

There is so much it can do, it's sometimes hard to break away from playing with the possibilities or adding to what is already working well.

Reasons for choosing Formaloo

Survay was limited on what it could do. It was good for surveys, but based on their responses, it wasn't good at routing them into the appropriate follow-up sequences.

Formaloo was better, easier to use, and I liked the interface more. And Formaloo can be used for so much more.

A Competitive Alternative for Beautiful Forms and Surveys

Overall, Formaloo is a great, feature-filled app for forms, surveys, and even building your own apps like CRMs. For the price, it's tough to beat.

Pros:

When it comes to forms and surveys, Formaloo makes beautiful and easy-to-build forms, especially with all of their templates. I like the ability to create complex forms with their conditional logic as well. The pricing is simple and competitive especially given the features when compared to something like Typeform or Jotform. There is a bit of a learning curve because there are so many options, which is why the templates are so handy. The reporting and tracking features continue to improve, and the app is continuously being developed to fix bugs and make it more intuitive.

Cons:

Previously, I struggled to visualize the form data in an easy way. They have made reports and charts easier to visualize and share with clients when doing surveys for other companies.

Formaloo offered similar (if not more) features for a better price.

There were more features with Formaloo, and I could deploy the forms basically anywhere.

With Formaloo, you can create templates for any kind of app you want to build, and then customize them to suit your company's needs. It's the perfect option for anyone who wants to create a custom app without having to deal with the code.

My overall experience has been great. I truly enjoy using their platform, and I have been using their forms for the past few years. It's an awesome platform if you can get used to change from the norm.

Pros:

Formaloo was an entirely unique approach to collecting information from our clients. It initially required some adjustments compared to other form vendors in the industry. It took a day to learn their workflow, and it's easy once you get the hang of it. They definitely have the security locked in. They have options where your forms can be encrypted, HIPAA, etc. I would say Formaloo is definitely worth the money compared to others. The user interface is coming along great, and you can tell that they truly listen to their clients. If you have bugs or issues, you can simply submit a support request, and they respond in a timely fashion. Which was a breath of fresh air, if you know what I mean.

Cons:

At times, some of the bugs when creating your forms can be a little overwhelming. Especially when you're in a groove and the design process is going well, a bug jumps up and gets in the way, lol. The best part is that they will help you figure it out and get rid of it.

I chose Formaloo over the alternatives for 1. The price, and 2. The features were truly close to the alternative products I was using.

Cost was the primary reason for me leaving JotForm. Love their forms and UI, but the price over the years has gone crazy. I’m not saying that the price increase isn’t justified, but it feels excessive. I love the forms, though, lol.

What I liked most about Formaloo was how easy it was to get started. The drag-and-drop system for creating forms and apps is straightforward, and I didn’t need to spend hours figuring it out. It’s flexible and customizable, which worked well for adapting it to my specific needs.

Cons:

One thing that stood out to me was that the dashboard is only available in English. Although it’s possible to create forms in multiple languages, it would be great if the tool itself supported Portuguese (or other languages). For some users, this might be a barrier, especially when working with teams who are not comfortable with English.

It can replace an entire suite of Softwares like Forms, Quiz builder, CRM, LMS, Survey software etc.

Overall Formaloo is a High Value for Money as compared to any of its alternative. You can actually replace quite a few different softwares like for Forms, CRM, Quiz builder, LMS, Survey software, etc. - for just this 1 software. Plus UI/UX is good & can be easily used by Non-Techincal, No-Code. Low-Code users as well.

Initially I got interested in Formaloo because I thought it is a Great alternative for TypeForm & Google Forms but later on I realized that it is like entire Business Operating System

Cons:

Although it is a Great alternative for TypeForm for doing Surveys, etc. but I noticed that I was not able to find a lot of beautiful & aesthetically designed Survey Templates like in TypeForm.

A very beautiful app with great UI and functionality, something about the website feels different, the UI feels smooth, coming to functionality there are various features like CRM systems with the custom forms etc. We can also publish stats unlike other competitors

Form loading increases sometimes due to server latency issues i feel, can be fixed easily, advanced analytics and exporting stats to pdfs or relevant files seems missing
