- Great color-coded daily scheduling, overall easy check in and check out process, fairly simple to learn/teach the basics, allows for multiple service options, nice in-store gift card tracking, very helpful support staff, sweet phone app.
- They did not stay up with the times. Once my salon got bigger the marketing lacked, the online booking features lacked, the customer service lacked and it just overall was meh.

- I love that I can set goals, keep up with product and inventory, easily change things, communicate with clients, and the analytics and reports are life savers
- I pay for the Gold service and have really enjoyed the mass text and email option - but don't like that you have to pay for more than 500 texts per month as they transferred all my clients from over ten years and it's a very long process to try and pick out the regulars or pay a big chunk to just send all.
