Albato vs ZappySys SSIS PowerPack: Which is best for you?

The interface is intuitive, the platform is flexible to automate different processes, and the support team is quick to respond with clear solutions.

Debugging complex workflows can be harder than in a normal codebase with full logging/tests.

The support service is excellent and very fast. If I have a question about using their tools, like which tool within the SSIS power pack, is the best tool to use to solve a particular problem, they will help and make suggestions.

Sometimes the widget interfaces aren't communicating very clearly the information needed for the configuration. While Zappysys did an amazing job (most vendors never include this in their product) including examples, links and even help text, some of these screens contain over 100 pieces of information and sometimes it's hard to know which 1 or 2 or 7 things need to be filled in and when and why.
