Pros:

We have been working with Commercient for over two years now and whilst initial set up was slow as we have limited resources and IT infrastructure, since implementation, it has been a breeze. Successfully passing information through from our ERP to CRM and back again. For what they do, I don't believe there is a better option on the market. Thanks Cielo and the team, your work is very much appreciated!

The implementation was quick and simple. All of the data that we requested to sync has been connected.

Pros:

It has been a positive change for our business. The best feature is the real-time visibility it gives us into our ERP data directly within Salesforce. The hourly sync ensures our sales and customer service teams always have access to the most current information on invoices, customer accounts, and order history without having to switch between systems. It has improved our workflow efficiency and strengthened collaboration between departments.

Cons:

I dislike that they charge per user, rather than per amount of data being synced. The cost will increase as my user count increases, however I feel that we should be charged as our data increases.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

IT TOOK OVER A YEAR TO IMPLEMENT I PAID FOR PHASE 1 AND 2. AFTER 2 YEARS--I NEVER EVEN GOT TO USE PHASE2. REQUESTED AN ADDITONAL DISCOUNT UPON RENEWAL FOR A YEAR IN ADVANCE. I WAS OVER $100 TO REVIEW THEIR NEW PRODUCTS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Data is synced regularly and reliably without any major downtime. Any issues that arise are very quickly solved.

Cons:

The user(s) involved in setting up our account are no longer with the company, and there isn't much information readily available about how the technical aspects of commercient work. Also our primary user account is unable to be changed even though the person is gone from the company.

Commercient is a must have product if you need Sage/Hubspot integration

This is a great product that hits the mark and effectively accomplishes syncing data from Sage 100 to Hubspot. Highly recommend Commercient.

Pros:

The way the product works is outstanding and flawlessly syncs our data from Sage 100 into Hubspot. If you need a good solution this one is worth it.

Cons:

Onboarding is a bit of a struggle. There are a lot of steps and it takes some time. Be prepared to have patience through the process but the support team is there all along the way to help.

Great experience!

It's been a great experience working with Commercient to sync our QB data with Salesforce. They are very helpful when small issues arise and they are extremely proactive with maintaining our sync accurate and error free. We've been working with Commercient for a few years now and we look forward to continue to use their services.
