Netix Flow vs SPS Commerce: Which is best for you?

Communication could be improved - perhaps organising weekly catchups between technicians/account managers and the trading partners would be useful for those that are in the process of implementing multiple integrations via Netix.

A downside I have noticed, is how often it makes me reset the user password when trying to logging in, it seems a little too frequent.

Very easy portal to use and allows the end user to learn a lot about EDI and X12 communication.

Can be difficult to onboard new customers if the X12 format and required documents is a different transaction set than we are used to.
