Netix Flow vs TrueCommerce EDI Solutions: Which is best for you?

Communication could be improved - perhaps organising weekly catchups between technicians/account managers and the trading partners would be useful for those that are in the process of implementing multiple integrations via Netix.

A downside I have noticed, is how often it makes me reset the user password when trying to logging in, it seems a little too frequent.

The knowledge regarding integrations with JTM's specific ERP system is extremely helpful when we run into integration issues or certain mapping difficulties.

Honestly, it is difficult to find something that is a not a positive experience with TrueCommerce. If i had to point one con out it would be i wish we could implement more of our order processing through them.
