Octoparse vs WebHarvy: Which is best for you?

It allowed me to gather large amounts of structured data from websites effortlessly, which I then used for analytics and business insights.

Occasionally it can take a bit of back & forth with support to get it working on some websites, however I think this is more of an issue with the website layout than Octoparse itself most of the time.

Even the interface design of how you request support is perfect.

It is quite hard to use, especially in the beginning during the learning curve, and sometimes the scraping does not work.
