What I like most about Reportei are the reports it generates. They help me show my job to my clients and it also shows me what I need to improve on social medias and what is already working.

Cons:

It crashes a lot , so it makes me have a rework sometimes.

Time-saving!

Generating and editing reports are simpler tasks with Reportei. We don't need to worry about the time we have to dedicate gathering the KPI's data, it will be fast and it saves time to think about new ideas and planning. Plus, with the live dashboards, all stakeholders can follow up on what's happening.

Pros:

It was one of the most affordable platforms to integrate all my social channels. Many reporting dashboards will work to report on paid social ads but not organic statistics. Reportei pulls all of this information into one place and makes it easy to share with clients. It provides reporting in both report and dashboard formats which is nice. I can easily share the link with clients and they can update the date range to view different reports.

Cons:

The customization of the look of the reports could be a little better, but overall it's ready to present without much additional manual work.

Simple and eficient report tool

As a free user of Reportei I have been very satisfied with the experience. As a new user, you could set-up a new report in less than 10 minutes and receive a beautiful and intuitive summary of the social media and analytics data. Besides that you can easily share the report and leave notes on things you think deserved. It's the main report tool used on my accountability routines.

Superb user experience and features

Reportei allows our agency to provide white label reports to our clients. Their customizable dashboards allow us to customize each section for our different type of clients depending what services they have.

Pros:

I love their user interface, it is intuitive and simple to use. They have a lot of options but with their UI, it makes it simple to navigate.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that as an agency we cannot show the ad spend including our agency fee but only ad cost. This is confusing for our clients who pay ad cost and agency fees together.

Great cost-benefit ratio!

Before Reportei I would spend hours taking screenshots of Facebook and Instagram metrics, then I would organize it all in a Power Point presentation. Now I can do it with just a few clicks! I use the link they provide and send to my clients, they can understand in an ease and fast way.

Pros:

Reportei is very simple and easy to use, just a few clicks and you can set up and entire social media analysis for your client. The graphics are very informative and dynamic.

Cons:

The Facebook & Instagram ads analysis is not so great, it gets a little confusing for my clients. Too many numbers for them! Maybe a simplified version would suit them best. They just want to know where they money is going.
