Outstanding customer service for the free version of a fantastic visual reporting aid

Absolutely outstanding service - extremely impressed (and totally unexpected) when I commented that really I needed to be able to add more lines into each map without having to upgrade to a paid subscription, they went ahead and expanded the number of lines within days! Would 100% recommend MAPLY to anyone (and my 11 year old twin daughters also had fun making maps so they could play like Mummy!)

Speed of creating maps Ease of switching from heat map to markers Ability to change the icons and pixel radius

Cons:

Sizing the map so I can snip what I need for my presentation. The + and - seem too extreme so I end up combining them with the standard pc zoom functionality

Pros:

My main use of maply is to plot heatmaps easily. I also do some cluster analysis, but in this case, I just plot the points and creating manually the clusters.

Cons:

I am not able to import some csv datasets, I have to save them as xlsx and import. As I am from Brazil and here we have a 5 to 1 currency rate, the final cost of Maply is kind of expensive. It would be awesome if exists intermedial plans or pay-per-use plans.

They will tell you anything to get one more payment from you. Do yourself a favor and don’t even get started with these crooks if you value your time and mkney

The dreams they sold me and all the features they promised sounded good. The reality was much worse

Cons:

The reality of the software, the stability of the app, the customer service, the limitations of Mapsly.

Reasons for choosing Maply

At the time the alternatives were only for residential products like solar and pest control. We are in the B2B space but sajesrabbit now offers B2B and it’s soooo much better. Even the free version is better than Mapsly

We went to Businesses services rather residential campaigns

It is very functional to visualize spatial data in a faster and more effective way. With a very good looking and easy to work by anyone. The bubble layer it's very nice and the basemaps too

Could be better to work with bubble layer if it add some more functions. In general more functions but still like that it does the work effective and easy

Positive, it was a little on the expensive side for one months use, but was the only option at the price point

Used for CoG mapping, worked well and recognised place names easily from even short descriptions

Cons:

It could be more feature rich, the few things it does it does well, but for a logistics planning use case was limited.

Reasons for choosing Maply

Centre of gravity mapping had a free trial, it worked for small subset of data points so felt it was worthwhile to purchase a months use to complete further CoG mapping

Maply is so easy to use. And when I wanted to use something they didn't have (UK ward data) they added it for me. When I had a request they were right on it and really helpful. Really speedy and super customer service. Will definitely use again.

It's very useful for mapping locations on the map.

The ability to put locations on the map quickly, and shows me the heatmap and cluster map, automatically. It can supports large number of locations, for me, up to 3000 locations.

Cons:

Supporting guides need to be improved. Some video guides are out of date. Email support is responsive, though.

Pros:

Clearly displays a data set in a simplified manner. Amazing customer service, better than any paid for product (and this is free)!

Cons:

Limited features at first (was expanded upon request!) Really very little to criticize, perhaps making the data entry a little easier (some locations were not recognized easily without some tweaking).
