Vonage Contact Center vs UJET: Which is best for you?

Very premium and good cloud contact support, timely updates of incoming calls but need a option of desktop calling as well with mobile calling.

It is sometimes prone to crashing. Whether a call cannot be answered or the information cannot be seen.

I can properly put on hold my customer while looking for a better solution, I can also monitor my aux/status and doing outbound call without an hassle and many more.

Like every platform it has its advantages and disadvantages, what I don't like is that every time I log in I have to enter my password and email and I would like it to be personalized and automatic or shorter.
