When Hazards are spotted/identified and logged I find its very easy to close out/ track the said hazards.

The drop-down box (housekeeping, hot works)and the like could do with more options, this would cover more site topics /hazards

Ease of use, easy to train new employees and subcontractors (end users on) the app. Continues to evolve, year over year with new features. Customer support and product team are VERY helpful and seek feedback from users / clients

Incident management is very linear and doesnt allow for total life cycle tracking of events. Similar sytems offer claims tracking, correspondence, costs, etc. Basic an entire incident life cycle management. With eC, it basically ends with the form. More comprehensive workflows, notifications and review processes, including adding reference documents, key contact and distributions, meeting minute tracking for meeting with claims specialists, etc. would make for a more robust system. Similar to above, the total software package is geared towards a "one business" use. IF looking to be a well rounded system, integration of subcontractor management, should be considered, including how subs can access and participate in different "sites" programs. Logic / Workflows and form features. eC would benefit from building our more comprehensive form features that include review workflows (that arent linear) and allowing for images being embedded. Similarly, selections within the forms should drive new questions (i.e. there could be different pathways when clicking answer A vs. B) End user development: overall, the web browser works well, however, forms should be viewed the same as the app. it would be beneficial to be able to expand / collapse forms in web view to avoid endless scrolling. More focus needs to be put into the app as well. End users are 80% (or more) working off the app vs. web (in my experience), they need more at their finger tips, to promote participation

None really to be honest. Its simply a document system isnt it - why not use microsoft word or google docs?

I dont agree at all with many of the reviewers here saying its easy to use and intuitive. Both OI and my team find it anything but. It appears t be a an amalgamation of things which are bolted togther to form a package. The system is not logically arranged - the hierarchy of information is completely opposite to what you d instinctively expect - wide scope to progressively more detailed - its the other way around. It makes life more difficult and frustrating and certainly not easier or more efficient. There is no handbook or training - its simply have a bumble around and you re very unlikely to ever be able to use it properly

I like that it can be done so fast and efficiently . helps me keep track and stay organized

I wish it would be more Phone user friendly

Ease of tracking, knowing where the employees are with the tracking function

We probably need to do some updated training to make better use of the system

Reports are a bit difficult for me to navigate.

I started to use this system while I joined my current company. The system can provide good management of your safety trainings, tickets, and safety inputs. It is very convenient and helpful. There is an all version. It is easy accessing.

No complains right now. It can provide good safety management.

Streamline and fast, very easy controls and layout of buttons

nothing really to mention, only issue it might bring me to another section instead of infrastructure but that is very rare

Not always easy to find items that need to be completed
