Excellent Administrative Tool for Small to Mid-Size Churches!

Overall, I can't recommend Tithely Church Management enough - especially for small to midsize churches who are looking to improve their administrative and communication operations at a reasonable, consistent monthly rate.

What can I say here? Tithely Church Management (formerly Breeze) is like having an additional employee on staff. We have used Tithely primarily as a database and communication tool for our members. However, we are exploring / utilizing new ways to use Tithely on a regular basis, and each new feature improves the administrative functions of our church.

Cons:

I have used for over six years at two different churches and have loved it each step of the way. This is really splitting hairs, but I wish the texting function allowed more characters to be used per text message. We make it work as it is.

Reasons for choosing Tithely Church Management

Planning Center seemed to be more geared toward the planning structure of services, while Tithely seemed better at church management, which is what we were looking for. Also, Tithely has a fixed monthly rate, regardless of how large your church grows. The stability of the fixed rate was a big factor.

Tremendous Value for a Tremendous Platform

Seamless. We transitioned from another platform that was not nearly as intuitive. We considered Planning Center, and found it robust, but ridiculously expensive. Tithe.ly + Breeze has helped us find a great workflow as a team, reduced hours in administration, increased our faithfulness in follow-up, and tightened our management of our ministries.

Pros:

Tithe.ly + Breeze is a very competent and complete ChMS platform. Its feature set has matured and its large suite of tools are working together well. The support team was extremely helpful in making the transition seamless. And there is nothing that competes with the value of this subscription--we save hundreds each month. While we are not using nearly all the tools, our staff is growing in the use of the platform in ways that enhance the ministry and make our workflow more efficient.

Cons:

Earlier versions did not tie all the Breeze and Tithe.ly platforms together very well, but this has been improved. There are still some duplication in tying the website/app, but these are becoming increasingly rare.

We were using Sunergo for some things, Tithe.ly for others, Jotform for others, etc. etc. We needed to pick one all-in-one for workflow and cost.

The program provides easy to use Church Management tools at an affordable price. The fees for credit card usage are competitive as well.

Cons:

I would like to see a better directory. Also, the ability to change user passwords as an administrator.

Wish it was a bit stronger

Overall, I like parts of Breeze and other parts I really wished were better. I felt a bit underdeveloped. It's a shame because the things Breeze does well, it does really well.

I really enjoy the intuitiveness of Breeze's layout. The extensiveness of its search capabilities is also really nice, being able to pull up a profile from their name, email or phone number without applying additional fields is a nice feature.

Cons:

The app is not great, slow and constantly kicks you out. I was also not a fan of its Kid Check-in feature. I was never able to get it to work correctly,y and it consistently created duplicate profiles for the children that were checked in.

Love Tithe.ly

Tithely systems are far easier than past systems we used for church management and website. Support is responsive and timely. Online resources are very helpful in learning how to do things and to train our volunteers.

Pros:

Church Management and Websites are both user friendly and make ministry administration simple. We can customize fields in the database, generate our own directories, and create customized reports. Our website management tool produces a more modern-looking website than our old one did and makes it easier to manage.

Cons:

Sometimes, it feels complicated generating customized reports; however, the online help database and support has been great.

The features they offered did not match well with our needs. Also, the cost was high in light of difficulty of use and limited applicability.

The right tool at the right price.

It's been great. Onboarding was a little rough, since it was new to all of us. But we found our way through it, and now it's one of our most powerful tools.

Easy to use, affordable, customizable without getting in too deep. It has been the right tool at the right price.

Cons:

Some limited functionality. An admin user interface on a mobile device to add people, take their picture, and all of that at once, would be nice. A member interface, so our church members can access their info, change their picture, and check on their giving, would be a great help!

Cost and needed functions. I was used to TP, but they don't work with churches our size nor do we need all of those features.

This was provided free of charge through NAMB, and the existing platform was vastly inadequate.

As a pastor who has been using Breeze since 2017 with two different churches, I can confidently say that what I love most about Tithely Church Management is its simplicity and focus on people. It makes loving and caring for others so straightforward. From tracking attendance and following up with new visitors, to organizing volunteers and handling giving, the platform keeps everything in one place. I especially appreciate how Tithely is moving toward being a one-stop shop for all things church, which means less time managing multiple systems and more time investing in people.

Cons:

The fees could be more competitive. However, I’ve also come to believe that you get what you pay for. What Tithely charges seems to be reinvested into innovation and development, which benefits churches in the long run. While sometimes I wish certain tools were even more customizable, the platform is steadily improving and expanding.

We love Tithely Church Management because, as a small church, we truly believe it offers great value for the money by giving us all the tools we need without straining our budget. The customer support team has always been helpful whenever we’ve had questions, and the platform itself is easy to use, even for our small group of volunteers who don’t have much technical experience. Its church management features keep everything organized—from services and attendance to giving—while the staff management tools make it simple to assign roles and stay coordinated. We also appreciate the customization options that allow us to tailor the system to our unique needs, making our overall experience smooth, efficient, and freeing us to focus more on ministry than administration.

Cons:

One challenge we’ve faced is wishing for a simpler way to organize group homes and track attendance with a clear Sunday-to-Sunday headcount. While the system offers many helpful features, this particular area feels less straightforward, and it may just be us still figuring out how to use the tools effectively.

A Premier Choice for Church Management

A premier ChMS for sure and are working hard to be a great tool for the local church. Volunteer Management from the user end can use some more help but love, LOVE, the rest.

The ease of use and integration to the website that we have is priceless. The customer support is attentive and thorough as well. Have had zero down time.

Cons:

They are in transition from separate products to a single multi-layered product...But even that they are doing a great job of informing and launching.

Solid Tool for Easy Church Management

We have been using this system for many years and it has served us well. It was initially purchased for our church plant that didn't have a lot of time or money to put toward software. It has grown with us over the years and has been robust enough for us each step of the way.
