Pros / Cons
  • Shared Mailboxes and Public Folders in O365 take some time to setup properly prior to migrating the data. While you can allow CloudM to handle the creation on G Suite, we found that it is faster/less reconfiguring in the long run to create the destinations on G Suite first.
  • Documentation available for administrators is not structured well, the mapping tool needs improvement, analytics has a lot of room for enhancement especially handling errors suggestion.

  • The support service is excellent and very fast. If I have a question about using their tools, like which tool within the SSIS power pack, is the best tool to use to solve a particular problem, they will help and make suggestions.
  • Sometimes the widget interfaces aren't communicating very clearly the information needed for the configuration. While Zappysys did an amazing job (most vendors never include this in their product) including examples, links and even help text, some of these screens contain over 100 pieces of information and sometimes it's hard to know which 1 or 2 or 7 things need to be filled in and when and why.
