Great for getting the league online

It's good and getting better. Some odd glitches here and there that make you scratch your head but figuring it out piece by piece

I wish there was an app for admin Players and coaches and parents get an app but everything for us has to be done via website

Best Decision Ever!!

It has been a great experience since day one. I have yet to find an issue they were not able to resolve quickly and successfully - and most of the time it was caused by 'user error' and not the program!

It is easy to navigate and the support team is spectacular! We switched from GoalLine in 2023 and it was the best decision we could have made. The website builder is very intuitive and allows us to rapidly respond and update as required.

Cons:

Hmmmm ... let me get back to you on that one!

GoalLine was cumbersome to use, not easy to navigate and almost impossible to get any kind of customer support.

SMHA and TeamLinkt have alot of work to do now that the season has started and they need to meet with zones registrars and fix all the issues so this works smoother next season. Potential here for great things but both SMHA and TeamLinkt missed the mark by not testing the registration-team activation at the zone level. You can do better for all zones.

This software works for teams chat, schedule and communication. But to manage a whole league from registration to payment to team activation it needs so much work. Really not impressed with the front end of TeamLinkt and I have always promoted TeamLinkt and I hoped TeamLinkt was ready to take on the full team management aspect but they need to do a lot of work to make it easier on the user.

Cons:

Invoicing doesn’t show as player paid when they pay on invoice. If stripe doesn’t talk to the invoice then remove that option. List of players in registration defaults to 50. Change this to 250 as default as you start assigning teams then go to add more players but then all are unchecked. Generated reports do not save from .csv to .xlsx. And all columns are duplicated three times and left blank SMHA team info sheet is not in same format columns as TeamLinkt s import roster option. Make this the same if SMHA is one of your bigger clients.

Seriously Functional League Management System

Very, very good. They even always get back to me when I ping them about an issue (rare) or about an enhancement request...a couple of which they implemented !!

You can't do better than TeamLinkt

I happened upon TeamLinkt about a decade ago when I was researching management opportunities for a youth baseball league. Choosing to go with TeamLinkt has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for the organization. Having used several other platforms, I can say without reservation that TeamLinkt is the best.

Pros:

Compared to other sports management platforms, TeamLinkt has them all beat. The interface is clean, functionality is logical and support is excellent. Setting up registrations and keeping track of rosters is easy. The public website is modern, easy to maintain and easy on the end-user.

Cons:

The only thing I'd say is they could do a better job of providing instructions on upgrades they make. That said, they're always improving the experience.

TeamLinkt is user friendly and has all the features of other sport apps. The team at Teamlinkt is amazing! When I first started to use it I had a couple areas that I had filled incorrectly so it wasn't letting me see some of the areas...a quick call and some trouble shooting got me back on track! No high pressure sales...just help! I initially began using it for my own team as I wanted a Canadian platform (tired of paying US dollars), I have since asked my Soccer Club to use Teamlinkt as it base site for all teams! So now, the Club is connected!

Cons:

Nothing to add here...the ads are part of getting the free use...so either accept it or pay for ad free, but again...ads aren't often played so easy to just ignore.

Looking for a Canadian alternative as Teamsnap's price is decent until you have to pay the exchange.

CHANGE FROM STRIPE

Everything went well until I had to use the funds. And I was sent back and forth between Stripe and Teamlinkt. Someone has the money but no one can give you an answer on how to get it but you have to wait seven days. A CHECK CLEARS FASTER.

I love everything about teamlinkt. From being able to live stream games and even being able to print out player score sheets.

Cons:

I HATE THAT THEY USE STRIPE AND THE 7 DAY WAIT PERIOD. IM NOT UNDERSTANDING THE REASON FOR THIS. IF YOUVE PAID OUT TO ME OVER 5-6 TIMES. WHATS THE REASON FOR TREATING THAT WAY. IF I COULD JUST USE THE PLATFORM WITHOUT THE PAYMENT FUNCTION. I WOULD GIVE YOU GUYS A 5 STAR RATING.

The Pittsburgh NFL League Jumps to use TeamLinkt

As we head into our fifth year, we sought ways to streamline our registration process. With this new platform, we can now efficiently communicate with parents, accept online registrations, and provide coaching information. These enhancements have significantly improved the quality of life for our league. We wish we knew about this software five years ago.

Pros:

The biggest advantage for us has been the money we're now saving by switching to this software. In the past, we used different platforms for online registration, payment processing, and team scheduling. Now, everything is integrated into one system, making it much more cost-effective. Another huge win for our league is the ability to upload player statistics after each game. We've tracked player stats since our league started, but updating them manually on our website was a hassle. This new system automates that process, making everything much more seamless.

Cons:

There are a few issues we've had with trying to update teams. There are times we can't see the teams we added, and it has been sorta frustrating. The other software we used was a lot more user friendly.

The price of all the software we were paying for annually to allow our league to function.

Great experience, once you learn where everything is very easy to navigate! Was able to manage multiple schedules. Very little effort needed once all teams/divisions are set up!

Cons:

Scheduling doesn't work for multiple divisions/diamonds/associations - can do the schedules per division and then work manually through the conflicts.
