- The software is flexible and customizable with the use of reports which allows the user to create their own in order focus on certain areas of inventory, assets or workorders.
- Some sites that were using SAP PM had Asset Tree in use for a Asset search engine and eMaint tree is not having the same functionality so it is not very useful for those kinds of users.

- I like that you can add different tabs for different locations. And keeping up with PMs and equipment
- I understand that it limits the scrolling down the page but trying to see the options for the work order at the bottom of the list doesn't work.
