MAINSIM applied in a healthcare context

Mainsim has allowed us to manage the entire cycle of a ticket, even reaching the issue of the order to the supplier and the management of the service reception phase. All from a single platform, which interfaces with the various management systems of the company. This simplified the on-site training of personnel and reduced the number of management software licenses

La Semplicità di utilizzo e la chiarezza delle informazioni contenute all’interno del task, la possibilità di personalizzare la scheda del ticket e la possibilità di inserire all’interno tutte le informazioni utili. Per il futuro trovo interessante approfondire il tema legato ai permessi di lavoro

Cons:

Il calendario è poco personalizzabile, per noi è uno strumento utile, ma l’impossibilità di cambiare i colori all’interno della visualizzazione in base alle categorie rende poco semplice la visualizzazione complessiva

Intuitività nell’utilizzo, design, possibilità di caricamento massivo da data manager, integrazione con power bi, assistenza impeccabile da parte di [nascosto contenuto sensibile].

Cons:

Gerarchia degli asset (sarebbe utile fosse più facile estrarre e capire la gerarchia dai file Excel); assenza di un calendario estraibile di facile comprensione (forse ora possibile con introduzione del gantt)

Great software for maintenance management

Mainsim has quickly become extremely useful for our business. We installed it really fast and started using it no time. It truly makes the maintenance management easier. The UI is absolutely great. It is so intuitive and flawless. We regained great control over our inquires and simply our daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance management workload is in our hands. Recommended software.
