MaintainX vs Trackplan: Which is best for you?

MaintainX is a reliable, user-friendly platform that brings clarity and efficiency to maintenance and its tracking/traceability. Despite minor limitations, it’s a valuable tool to help manage an asset throughout its lifecycle like, Purchase, Create, calibration, maintenance, spare parts inventory, asset specific procedures and discard.

Sometimes when there is an update it messes with our special made fields (our Cost Codes) and when I send out a Hard Copy PO, sometimes it will take 20-30 minutes to download (but that is just me being nitpicky).

Trackplan has become much more than just a replacement CMMS system but a very useful reference tool and while its still early days in the setup for us we are very excited about the cost and time savings this system has to offer

Trackplan has transformed the way we operate our complex estate, it has allowed us to centralise all elements of estate and facilities management, asset management and costings.
