Fantastic Asset Management

Difficult implementation and we made some mistakes, PEMAC now have a support team to help optimize the users experience and needs

Dashboards are a bit clunky and we export the data to Excel

Pemac Assets is a great way to manage and implement fast and reliable work Routines and is incredibly useful for filtering out unnecessary items.

Cons:

I'm unable/Unknowledgeable to make mass routine changes

Pros:

Have all your maintenance jobs in one place

Cons:

1.- You cannot have an approver around multiple sites. 2.- The system is crashing many times everyday. 3.- If you delete one Purchases line the system does not delete that from the system the line stay as purchases Request. 4.-The system is not really prepare fro a multisites

Multi-Site PO Approvals: An approver can be made visible across all sites as long as they have the required permissions within the system. 2. System Crashing: We understand this was an internal server issue to your business which has since been resolved. 3. Purchase Orders: PEMAC ASSETS is not a purchasing system but many of our clients choose to integrate their 3rd party ERP/purchasing systems with PEMAC ASSETS through our API gateway, which allows them to seamlessly manage their purchasing activities. Multi-site Capability: PEMAC has many clients that using across multiple-sites globally, and PEMAC ASSETS has been developed to seamlessly scale with our clients. easy FM system to use, very simple but loads of options for tracking assets

Over all was great very easy to use, like with most things bit confusing at start with all different areas to be filled in and navigating around to find where to add users and adding licenses etc but very quick to get the hang off and great customer support of [sensitive content hidden] and the lads

the ease of use and ease to set up people easy to use template for assets and quick to upload numerous assets Great Customer support of the guys in Pemac Ireland

Cons:

No option to delete (Test WOs, routines and incorrect assets or users that have left) Cant Group by asset group (IE all fire extinguishers only)

their are not enough standard report - basis reporting needs not up to standard

If you are after a complete NMS system then PEMAC has all the extras to produce one for you

A very tidy system

Overall experience has been very positive. It is still early days but the feedback from users has been good. Interaction with PMI has been a pleasure in every aspect from sales through development/delivery and support.

Pros:

Very simplistic application for mobile use. Easy to learn and very flexible system. Have yet to utilize all features but so far so good.

Cons:

Some big time savers were missed by not having a bulk import template available. Some very tedious manual entry was required after migration from Pemac 5

Reasons for choosing PEMAC ASSETS

Existing history of Pemac onsite. The system is also good value for money and has great flexibility. The system was customised to suit our needs and we were informed of developments that were planned for the future.
