We appreciate you highlighting the challenges you’ve run into. The “accessory limit reached” message is typically tied to loan settings that control how many items a user can have assigned at once. If a limit is enabled, it can prevent additional accessories from being checked out once that threshold is reached. Adjusting or removing that limit can often resolve situations like the one you've described. Since you’re managing large quantity kit reservations and workflows, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to schedule a call with you to review your account setup and better understand your use case. Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear that the system has been working well for your inventory management needs.. Regarding the “Ready to Checkout” status, it sounds like this may be a custom status label that was created in your account. Custom statuses don’t automatically change unless there’s an automated workflow set up to update them based on actions like check-out. We’d be happy to help you configure a workflow so that status updates happen automatically when items are checked out. Feel free to reach out to our Support Team to setup a meeting for this. As for the camera scanning, we’ve released several updates to improve performance. In many cases, scanning reliability can also come down to the quality and clarity of the printed labels themselves. Regarding categories for kits and accessories, those can actually be configured within Reftab. In both the Kits and Accessories sections, there’s a “Custom Categories” button at the top of the page that allows you to create and manage categories. This can help organize items and make things much easier for those front-facing users to navigate. We also appreciate your comments about support and additional features. In the top right corner of your screen, you’ll see a “?” icon. Clicking that will let you send a message directly to our Support Team.
