Pros:

Toolsense offers a great band of features which includes Real-time monitoring for zero downtime which makes it capable of predictive maintenance. It also offers great integration capabilities with user-friendly behavior.

Cons:

It is an expensive tool and is complex in usage, it requires high internet with no downtime to operate on real-time scenario. Sometimes the customizations are limited to what is expected.

Managing lab computers with ease

We have trialed ToolSense to manage the computer workstations in the lab, keeping track of who is using them, where they are, and of the key dates concerning those machines (esp. warranty expiration).

It makes very easy to manage and track our lab computers, one can even have a QR code printed and attached to the machines to obtain all the details easily. Handles location, warranty, and maintenance timelines. No more Excel for this!

Cons:

Would be nice to be able to rearrange/select columns in the Assets view (minor issue though)

Nothing too fancy, and will efficiently do the job

Even while it has certain drawbacks, like a steep learning curve and subscription price, the advantages of increased productivity, straightforward tool monitoring, and customizable features make it an excellent choice for many firms.

What I enjoyed best about ToolSense was how much more efficient my operations were. You can manage projects effectively and reliably while also performing precise data analytics.

Cons:

Setting adjustments to get the project to function exactly how I wanted them to were challenging. Additionally, the system appeared to load information about projects very slowly.

ToolSense features that I liked very much were the scheduling with the help of which we can schedule the things we want. Other things I liked werw asset tracking, inventory tracking and many more.

Cons:

The things I disliked about ToolSense was that sometimes it shows some errors while scheduling the meeting. Except this I didn't found any other problem.

To quickly keep track of my tools and equipment, ToolSense was really practical. It was nice to be able to immediately identify the tools I had available and their locations by scanning barcodes and RFID tags. I also appreciated how simple it was to view my inventory information from any computer or device.

Cons:

It was difficult to adjust settings to make the project work exactly the way I wanted it to. Additionally, the system seemed to be slow and sluggish when it came to loading project data.

ToolSense collaboration on many of our Construction and Architectural project Engineers and the task scheduling the platform is amazing.It provides excellent project equipment management functions and through ToolSense the easy reporting is also a very effective.

Cons:

Helpful Construction project workflow management tool and getting started was not challenging and nothing to dislike.
