Bluebeam Revu vs iLovePDF: Which is best for you?

I use it alot to make submittals and I need to markup and add/ move pages alot and this makes it the easiest and fastest way for me to do so.

The change from a one-of-purchase to subscription model was disappointing as it frustatingly takes the choice away to upgrade or not
