In the Location tab, users cannot toggle off "Most Recent Only" for all profiles at a given time, making profile deletion / database cleanup more time-consuming and complicated than it could be.

Overall we are very happy with the "package" we received. But pricing could be lower, although i think it is very much in line with the market.

We also encountered occasional technical glitches that disrupted our workflow, although these were promptly addressed by the support team.
