iLovePDF is a workflow management platform that allows you to edit, sign, and share PDF files for free.

The main downside for me is the limitation on the free version. While the core tools are accessible, things like file size limits or batch processing can be frustrating when you’re trying to do more than just a quick task.

I appreciate that the program can be utilized in both an app and browser versions, and that they can even be used simultaneously if needed.

It can also be frustrating when we have 40+ employees using the program at the same time and technical issues arise, with the common solution being to clear the cache. Since this is a cloud-based program, frequent cache clearing shouldn’t be such a regular requirement.
