    We are a network of hostels with more than 50 hostels across Canada. We changed our branding more than two years ago and, since then, we have had great difficulty monitoring the brand assets across the country. However, Marvia's installation in our hostels has solved this problem quite quickly. Moreover, the customer experience provided by the team is outstanding. Our customer success manager, Maarten, has always been very proactive and has answered all our questions with kindness and rapidity. The integration has been easy and smooth!
    Cons:
    Marvia's integration can sometimes be quite tricky and difficult, but the team's professionalism and expertise make it easier.

    The structured overviews and the possibility to share our creations with the client works very nice!
    Cons:
    Creating the templates takes a little bit of time. Keep in mind the timeframe when implementing templates.

    The most positive thing about having launched Marvia is that our colleagues now became visual designers themselves, giving them the opportunity to create flyers and posters within a short time.

    Cons:
    We sometimes experience little bugs within the software. However the people at Marvia are always willing to solve problems. Their customer support is outstanding: fast, friendly, supportive en they're thinking along.

    I was satisfied with Marvia’s role-based access. Specific examples include rules regarding which market could have access to which content in a campaign, which this tool helped enforce without the need for constant attention and setting up of new rules every now and then.
    Cons:
    The reporting dashboard lacked customization. The only report I could not always pull the usage data on a detailed level of the type of assets and the region of the users, which made the quarterly report quite time-consuming.

    I liked how Marvia united all the marketing assets in one place without compromising the branding standards in different branches. I could self-generate pre-approved materials which eliminated lengthy approval procedures making our brand communication process more strategic.
    Cons:
    The content expiration function does not always work in a proper way in order to be synchronized across all partner portals. In several instances I encountered files still obtainable by branches in the local network even when end-dating them.
