Smartwaiver vs WaiverFile: Which is best for you?

I love having a secure, customer-friendly way to capture waiver signatures that meets my customers where they are - QR Code for mobile, links I can email, kiosk mode, or embedded into my website/landing pages.

A bit pricey.

As they have added features, WaiverFile occasionally has had some that don't work as I expected. But what I LOVE is that I can email their customer support and always get an explanation of how to make it work for us, or they will look and see if it is an error on their side.

I pretty much like everything about this system from my customer signing in to my employees checking customers in the ease of use I have made things a lot smoother
