About Zoho WorkDrive

Zoho WorkDrive is a cloud-based document management solution designed to help businesses of all sizes store, manage and share content with various stakeholders. Administrators can create dedicated team folders based on several metrics such as tasks, projects, teams or departments and provide access to specific users for reading, writing, commenting and collaborating across files.

Key features of Zoho WorkDrive include audit trail, feedback, TrueSync app, Labels, analytics, notifications and external file sharing. The solution comes with a built-in Zoho Office Suite, which allows teams to create, edit, publish spreadsheets, documents and presentations. Additionally, enterprises can maintain several versions of the same file or compare existing and previous versions for changes.

Zoho WorkDrive lets enterprises use data administration module to personalize documents, transfer file ownerships, discover forgotten files, retrieve lost documents and more. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via email and other online measures.

Pros:

Zoho Workdrive has a really simple user interface which makes it easy to use. Its simple file sharing process also makes team collaboration very effective and it is really cost effective solution compared to its competitors.The support team is also very responsive while dealing with issues

Cons:

Could have better integrations with other applications, currently only Zoho suite application can be integrated, the offline feature needs some work to be done on. We also do not get a personal storage everything is interlinked with the team

Secure document storage for sensitive client files.

With so much important material, it is unfeasible to compromise on document safety and security. The application gives us security. It is incredibly easy to use for organizing thousands of case files though sharing external folders with less tech-savvy clients can sometimes be tricky.

This platform gives users instant access to team collaboration features that let them write, edit, sign, share, review, or get immediate access to the exact latest version of client affidavits.

Cons:

The link provided on file sharing websites sometimes expires sooner than expected, thus leaving customers at the mercy of unsatisfied support systems. Sometimes, they make us reach out to a forum which causes much more disruption to our everyday lives.

Zoho Needs some work

It was exciting at first but then all the bugs started coming out and causing disruption in the workflow. Starting to look for something new

I liked that it as a new interface to use and was excited to have everything there for access

Cons:

It keeps disconnecting from my log in and says it cannot find my work. It is very frustrating and makes me want to stop using it. I know they are working on it, but I am afraid to lose my work.

It's tool which helps me to store data from every zoho app and it's easy to use and access because it's integrated with other tools of zoho.

Cons:

Zoho WorkDrive storage capacity is a bit not larger like Google Drive therefore store limited data compared to other tools.

Differentiates from the big name competitors in a few key ways

We switched from Google Suite and have found this a very comparable tool.

Pros:

There are several addons to the “standard” file sharing that make this quite worthwhile. We use the Snap tool to screen record and share for trainings. Further, sharing content outside the org is more secure as external users need to verify identity first. The doc management and admin features are standard and quite good.

Cons:

Users need to install additional tools to use workdrive and the integration to Microsoft suite of products isn’t as good as OneDrive.

Reasons for switching to Zoho WorkDrive

Moved away from Google Suite for email and collaboration.

A febulous file management tool

We are using other work drive for file manage but in that we are facing issue with access control and user control, now it is easy to handle this using this tool
