SalesVista Provides Insight!

Our implementation was challenging and long because we were implementing Salesforce and re-defining processes at the same time. The SalesVista implementation team was great to work with - very knowledgeable! They provided valuable direction and re-worked our data feeds a few times due to changes on the Salesforce side.

PROS

SalesVista has everyone working off the same data - no more need for reps to maintain a separate account of their pending sales - if the sale has been recorded, it is visible to all in SalesVista. The app is easy to navigate and interact with - a great feature is the inquiry where reps can raise questions before an item is paid.

CONS

Need more advanced filter options (i.e. custom ranges, not equal to).

SalesVista Review

My overall experience with SalesVista has been positive. The platform provided a comprehensive set of sales management features that facilitated lead tracking, opportunity management, and sales forecasting. The intuitive user interface and seamless integration with other sales tools made it easy to adopt and navigate. The reporting and analytics capabilities allowed for data-driven decision-making and improved sales performance. Although the customization options for the user interface were somewhat limited, the overall functionality and usability of SalesVista contributed to an efficient sales process.

PROS

One of the things I liked most about SalesVista was its comprehensive sales management features. The platform provided powerful tools for lead tracking, opportunity management, and sales forecasting. The ability to create and customize sales pipelines, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics was highly beneficial. The intuitive user interface and seamless integration with other sales tools made it easy to navigate and streamline the sales process. Additionally, the reporting and analytics capabilities allowed for data-driven decision-making and improved sales performance.

CONS

While my experience with SalesVista was generally positive, one thing I liked least was the limited customization options for the user interface. Although the platform offered a user-friendly design, the ability to personalize the interface according to individual preferences and workflows was somewhat restricted. Some users might have preferred more flexibility in arranging dashboards, widgets, and data views to align with their specific needs. Additionally, the absence of certain advanced features, such as email automation or integration with certain CRM systems, could be a drawback for organizations with specific requirements.

Great software with growing pains

The SalesVista team is amazing. They will work with you to find the best solutions as well as help fix any issues that arise. Great customer support!

PROS

The ease of use with this software is great. Being able to calculate 50-60 statements within a few moments vs a few hours is an incredible tool.

CONS

This software is still developing. There are areas within the software that need to be fleshed out more some examples are the reporting areas and the sales reps view. However, SalesVista team is always there to help and provide work arounds or develop the needs you are looking for

SalesVista dramatically improved our Commissions process from end to end

Our sales organization had grown exponentially and our manual, excel driven commissions process was no longer able to keep up. SalesVista provided modern commissions tool that allowed us to streamline our process from end to end. Finance, Operations and Sales are all very happy.

PROS

The software is flexible and was able to support our unique commission plans and go-to-market needs. The output is easy to consume and sales rep friendly. We were able to automate significant portions of our commissions process, reducing the amount operational cycles, and improving rep satisfaction.

CONS

SalesVista for Healthcare Software Provider

We have multiple sales compensation structures. SalesVista was able to accommodate all of them and give us and our sales reps real-time visibility into commissions.

PROS

SalesVista's support has made the greatest positive impact. In particular, implementation support has been critical to the product's success. The team's willingness to work with our team to tackle company-specific issues has set them apart from other providers.

CONS

I am on the administrative side and not in the product day-to-day. Will let others comment on the least-liked aspect.

Very good. Really like the Salesvista team and 1-month in have had no complaints from the sales side which is remarkable.

PROS

The automation of administering Sales Commissions, visibility to the Sales Managers and reps, and the system of record. I really like working with [sensitive content hidden] and the development team [sensitive content hidden]. They've been problem solvers and made my first career software implementation easier than I would have anticipated.

CONS

The software definitely has a learning curve and there have been some UX challenges to adapt to our unique commission structure. I also think the tool could be more flexible and should be faster at the upload stage (needs to provide more of a feedback loop when something is preventing it from working)

Saves time and errors when calculating commission

PROS

SalesVista automates the calculation of sales commission which has helped minimize errors and save time during the calculation process. It is also very helpful to keep all discussion of commission adjustments within one place. It gives the reps transparency from their end as to how things are calculated and what they will be paid.

CONS

Any issues we have had were promptly handled by the implementation team, and their dev team has been great to add features/reports as requested.

Replacement for a manual process

PROS

I didn't expect to find a product like this in a price range that meets our budget. Up until this point, I was doing this manually by setting up triggers in Salesforce, then cross checking that with a spreadsheet. Every time we onboarded another employee, I had to start over. This app has eliminated all of this and we are now adding commissions 1 pay day ahead of schedule.

CONS

It allows for very complex comp plans, which I would expect many sales orgs to love. Our comp plan is fairly simple, so I would have preferred if the onboarding and training process were more streamlined based on our needs. However we did get the system setup the way we needed, and the implementation team cared about getting us to that finish line.
