- The strongest asset about Connecteam is the ability to fully customize the schedule including reports, schedules, job titles and subtitles.
- The login hours feature can be problematic at times. If a staff member forgets to sign out, the hours can get mixed up and show extremely high numbers (for example, indicating that someone worked 20–30 hours over a weekend).
- The block-based form builder is extremely intuitive and comes with a wide range of functionalities, making it easy to create forms for multiple use cases.
