  • The Sales team and the setup team were pretty good and supportive, but in hindsight, they likely overpromised on their terms. While discussing terms for our business to join them, we received promises about the evaluation period we would be given to make sure the software met our needs, we received promises that phone hardware would be provided to us and the ownership of such would be ours, and most of all, we received promises that the software would work with our existing EHR and internet network.

  • Also: The ease of appointment reminders and confirmations, sending new patient forms and sending forms that need updated in current patient charts, mass communication via bulk emails to all active patients, the ability to have a conversation with a patient via text messaging has been a game changer for our office-our patients seem to respond quicker-
  • When sending paperwork sometimes we send more than one form and there are times where adit will not send the correct forms
