- We use secure payment capture and are screen capture (new) - wish that functionality was live (would be great for training to see what our reps are doing during a call), we are building out IVR, and are considering your text solution, as well as surveys, as well.
- Customer service is over seas and very difficult to deal with.
- It allows us to create custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations to help our teams better understand their performance and data.
- Calabrio does not do that so I have to set an alarm on my phone and when it goes off it interrupts my calls because I'm not going to change the volume from my morning alarms.
