  • It allows for sharing of documents, links, doing a hurdle, and screen sharing and all those other essential things important in a semi professional environment.
  • I hate it when I receive a call and I don't have my earphones connected. If I answer the call directly, I find that many times the earphones are not recognized, and usually I need to restart Slack to make my earphones recognizable. When you have an important call, that sucks.

  • If I talk about the usage, then it will be difficult for the users at some point of time, as it is a little challenging to search for the exact features that you actually need.
