Weave vs Doctible: Which is best for you?

I have been using Weave for over three years now and it truly helps our office with every aspect of communication - chatting with team members within the office, being able to text patients, and sending digital forms.

There are multiple missing files from faxes being missed and confusion trying to work with other providers and facilities with a temporary fax number.

We would love to see full integration with NextGen. While the current features are incredibly helpful, a deeper integration—especially one that pulls demographic and medical info directly into the EHR—would make the workflow even more seamless.

Their two page contract allows them to NOT BE liable for any errors of their part, but yet they will not allow you to exit the contract early. If you sign a one year contract, it automatically renews, and then you can't get out of it without sending in writing, 30 days before contract expires, your cancellation.
